1. Open Access: The Journal of New Medicine is an open-access journal. All articles are immediately and permanently available for readers to access and download free of charge. The journal operates under the Creative Commons license CC-BY-NC-ND (Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivatives), which allows users to download and share the articles while retaining the original author's name. However, users are not permitted to modify the content or use it for commercial purposes. Authors retain the right to share and use their articles in accordance with the CC BY-NC-ND license. 2. Copyright Arrangement: After the author submits the revised article to the editorial managing editor, it is considered that the author agrees to have the article published in the Journal of New Medicine and transfers the copyright of the article to the editorial department of the Journal of New Medicine worldwide, including rights such as compilation (whole or part of the article), reproduction in print and electronic formats, distribution, translation, and information network dissemination. Authors also authorize the editorial department to exclusively license third parties to use these rights. Upon final acceptance by the editorial board, authors are required to sign the Copyright Transfer Agreement with the editorial department of the Journal of New Medicine . The journal reserves the right to publish and transfer the articles in electronic journals, CD-ROMs, and other formats. The remuneration paid to authors includes compensation for these versions.
3. Database Inclusion: The journal have been indexed in databases such as China Academic Journals (CD-ROM Edition) and "Wanfang Data—Digital Journal Group", and has been made available through various online media. If the author does not wish for their article to be included in the CD edition or online databases, please refrain from submitting it.
4. Archiving Methods: All articles of the journal published since 2008 have been digitally archived and are available for search and download on the journal's website. For articles published before 2008, physical copies are archived in the editorial department. To ensure data security, all information is also backed up in the editorial department. Physical copies of each issue, along with all the other relevant materials such as additional information or forms provided by authors during submission, are archived in the editorial department. The articles published in the journal are also archived in databases such as CNKI and Wanfang Data.
