摘要
肝细胞性肝癌经皮精确消融治疗是一个全新的概念，其特点是利用已知的各种先进技术手段包括影像引导、化学消融和热消融、各种辅助的手段、超声造影等，对消融治疗的各个环节进行精准控制，最终实现完全毁损肿瘤，而且做到对邻近组织损伤最小。该文对肝癌精准消融治疗术前计划、治疗技术手段等内容作一介绍，以供临床医师参考。
Abstract
Percataneous exact ablation of hepatocellular liver cancer is a brand-new concept, its characteristic is using various advanced technological（including imaging guide，chemical and hot ablation,various kinds of subsidiary method and ultrasonic visualization） in each link to ablate exactly, damage tumour totally finally, damage nearing tissues minimumly. This article introduces the skill plan, treatment technology of percataneous exact ablation , for clinician's reference.
