Objective: To explore quality of life and related factors in patients with anxiety disorders. Methods: One hundred and sixty three patients with anxiety disorders and 162 health controls were assessed by the World Health Organization Quality of Life Brief Questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREF),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI). Results: Every dimension and total score of WHOQOL-BREF in patients with anxiety disorders were significantly lower than that of normal controls(P<0.01).The scores of SAS,SDS and PSQI in patients with anxiety disorders were significantly negatively correlated with WHOQOL-BREF(P<0.01). Conclusion:The quality of life in patients with anxiety disorders would be worse than that of normal people, and may be influenced by depression, anxiety and sleep quality.
