Abstract

Myeloid derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) are a group that have not fully differentiated bone marrow-derived immune suppression of heterogeneous cell populations. The function of MDSCs in tumor immunosuppression is currently a hot topic. In recent years, the research about immune inhibition of of MDSCs in non-neoplastic diseases are increased. It is important of understanding of myeloid derived suppressor cells of the immune system.
